Over 30 years, this homemade teriyaki recipe had its humble and rough beginnings

 

Because the owners could not afford a commercial kitchen stove back in the early 90s, they had to wake up early before dawn and begin cooking the sauce in their home in order to sell it to their customers at their first deli store

 

Much time has passed since then, and yes, the owners have an actual stove now but the values, integrity and mission has not changed a bit
